Our Story

Founded in 1983, SLEA Therapies has always been driven by a commitment to empowering individuals through personalized care and professional growth. In 2018, we took a significant step forward by transitioning to a 100% employee-owned organization, creating an even stronger sense of ownership, pride, and investment in the work we do. This employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) reflects our belief that a team of dedicated and empowered individuals can make the greatest impact.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our reach to serve even more families and communities, with offices now across the greater Los Angeles area. Despite this growth, we remain deeply committed to the same core values that have guided us from the beginning.

Our team of licensed and credentialed providers works closely with families and other service providers to ensure success in all settings. We believe in providing our staff with ongoing mentorship, support, and opportunities for professional development, ensuring they are equipped to provide the highest quality care.
